Orchard Park Post Acute Rehab is a skilled nursing facility (SNF).  It provides 24-hour skilled care and rehabilitation services.  It is a very small facility, and the departments are small.  The leadership consists of the Administrator, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Rehabiliation, MDS Coordinator, Business Office Manager, Director of Dietary Services, Director of Medical Records, Director of Environmental Services, Front Office Manager, Community Relations Director, Social Services Director, Activities Director, and Admissions Director.  The medical records department only consists of Dianne, the Director of Medical Records.  They have a single coder, but she doesn't report to Dianne, she reports to the MDS Coordinator, who is also an RN.
